The Bear Creek Cubs welcomed Veterans and 3rd grade families to the annual assembly. Dr. Cortesio led the 3rd graders in singing and Ms. Vestal decorated the school with patriotic art. We hope all the Veterans who love the Cubs had a great day.

We are proud of the Cubs who continue the Creek Credo.
They are getting on task as soon as teachers give directions, inviting new friends to play and finishing their work and turning it in.
The hard work is recognized, the respect is felt and the kindness makes a difference.
The Bear Creek PTA surprised the Cubs who led the Cub Challenge with a Party with the Principals! Ten Cubs were invited to join the Lead Team in the conference room during their lunch for music, pizza and a craft. Thank you BCE PTA.

Ms. Vestal works hard! Under her leadership, the Cubs have entered art contests and won! She also shows so much support to the specials team.

We are so thankful for Dr. Schnautz' leadership. He supports all our teachers and loves to visit our campus. @gcisd
We are so thankful for our community. On Halloween Day, teachers who retired from Bear Creek brought the current teachers a Sonic drink! We feel the love and are thankful for their generosity and kindness.
Some of the Cubs got to be part of Friday Night Lights on October 25th. A third grade Cub was chosen as @gcisd Junior Captain. Our awesome Cub teachers came out to support her! 💛💙🐻

The theme was: You and I are a team.
We loved wearing some of our favorite jerseys.
We love our GCISD partners! The CHHS baseball team volunteered to open car doors and greet Cubs!
We would love to have any volunteers help at drop off!
Parents, siblings, family members- reach out if you would like to help keep the Cubs safe!
We have a few more days of the school book fair! Thank you to Ms. Brosi for bringing the books to the hands of the Cubs!

Ms. Gamill, and Mr. Tom, worked diligently for weeks to plan the Star Lab Experience for the Cubs.
Students got to visit this lab on Monday or Tuesday of this week.
