Girls Fitness Club

The Bear Creek Girls Fitness Club will begin soon!  We will meet for 5 weeks during the fall semester and 5 weeks during the spring semester.  We will be focusing on endurance building, running, walking and general fitness.  Each meeting will also have a topic that will include positive messages about the self-esteem, team building and goal setting.  Look for more information to be given during PE class in September!  Forms will be sent home and also the ability to sign up online.  Thank you for your patience!
