Boys Fitness Club is back!! The club is for boys in 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. This year we will meet on THURSDAY. We will meet starting October 18th after school in the gym with Coach Adkins, Mr. Hopkins and Mr. Calvert from 2:55-4:10pm. Please take a look at the dates carefully and evaluate whether your son will be able to attend the majority of the dates.

WE WILL BE RUNNING THE MILE EVERY MEETING. We will have the boys learn valuable lessons in staying active with sports/fitness, having good sportsmanship in winning and losing, and having/showing respect for everyone. We will work with the boys on goal setting and ways to improve their fitness level. We will be playing a variety of games that we have played in previous years of Boys Fitness and PE.
