Girls Fitness Club

It's almost time for our Fall session of the BCE Girls Fitness Club!  We will be meeting for 6 weeks during the Fall semester.  We will be focusing on endurance building, running, walking and general fitness.  Each meeting will also have a topic that will include positive messages about self-esteem, team building and goal setting.
Every girl that is interested will need to fill out an application that is located outside of the gym.  Please turn in by October 1 to Coach Lucas or Ms. Martinez to be considered for this Fall session.
Below are the dates.  Once they sign up, we expect them to attend all sessions and let us know if they will miss for any reason.
