Girls Fitness Club


Girls Fitness Club is about to begin!  We will meet for 5 weeks during the Fall semester.  We will be focusing on endurance building, running, walking and general fitness.  Each meeting will also have a topic that will include positive messages about the self-esteem, team building and goal setting.

Every girl that is interested will need to fill out the application below.  Please turn in your application by October 15th to Coach Lucas or Mrs. Martinez.

We ask that you look at the dates carefully and evaluate whether your daughter will be able to attend the majority of the dates.  Once they sigh up, we expect them to attend all sessions and let us know if they will miss for any reason.
